“These are the only papers I have.. agent”, these were the words apparently said by the driver when in a routine control they stopped him to request the documentation of the vehicle.

The incident took place last weekend, when agent Bull Reed, as on so many other occasions, requested the “papers” from the driver of a vehicle. What was his surprise when, instead of the documentation, the driver offered a cigarette paper book while he smoked something that smelled better than tobacco.

Bull Reed, who did not give credit, warned the driver “those are not the papers I am referring to”, to which the driver replied “those are the only papers I have buddy”, and “take a couple of them but that don’t leave it empty”.

The incident was settled with a large fine and a withdrawal of license that would remove the driver’s desire to smoke for a long time.
